I didn't know about this before, but there are actually travel bidet sprays. If you've never actually used a bidet or dealt with a bidet while traveling, Nike Tn the whole experience is actually pretty cool. I'll tell you what happened to me.

I have really terrible irritable bowel syndrome. That's too much information I know, but I pretty much have to tell you in order to start my story off on the right foot. I am the youngest child in my family, and my older siblings, parents and I all decided to take a trip out to the Grand Canyon. Having a travel bidet was actually really cool. Any time that I felt pain, discomfort, or ended up spending a lot of time in the bathroom during our trip, I was able to use the travel bidet in order to give myself some relief. I actually was able to keep it in my bag, and the rest of my family didn't even know that I brought it with me or that my IBS was acting up throughout the trip. I think mom and dad thought I was a little carsick because we were making frequent stops, but it ended up being all right. I actually even use my travel bidet in my dorm sometimes, and it works out well, so I didn't anticipate any problems using my bidet while I was on my family vacation.

Travel bidets are actually really convenient. If you never used one, you can literally just pack it up and take it wherever you want to go. Bidets for irritable bowel syndrome can be a really great idea, especially if you're a frequent sufferer or you’re traveling somewhere where you may not have the resources to take care of yourself on your trip. IBS can be pretty miserable for anyone who's had it. You'll know if something's wrong when you do have it, and you'll have to go to the doctor. My doctor actually recommended working with the bidet to make sure that hygiene was okay down there and that everything was soothing for me after a particularly bad irritable bowel experience.

Having irritable bowel syndrome isn't the end of the world, especially when you can use something handy and discreet like a hand-held travel bidet sprayer while you're on the road. I embarrassed easily about my condition, so it was really important for me to be able to use my bidet whenever possible. Using a portable version while traveling was really a boon to me, and it helped me enjoy my vacation much more than I would've if I didn't bring along.

If you're suffering from IBS or any other sort of bowel problem, I highly recommend using a bidet sprayer in order to help you take care of the problem. You'll feel a lot better after particularly nasty attacks. They can be really soothing-take my word for it!
